Aspendos Ancient City is famous for having the best-preserved Roman Period theater in the Mediterranean. Today,  mostly theaters and waterways are visited in Aspendos . The ruins of other buildings belonging to the city are located in the Acropolis, that is, the upper city, on the hill on which the theater leans.
